Yes. Crank-no-start diagnosis can include electronic faults, fuel delivery, sensor signals, starting voltage, and other system checks. It is different from a no-crank battery call.

Yes. Aftertreatment warnings can be scanned and tested, but a forced regen is only appropriate when the fault conditions and soot level allow it.
